Bouclair Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange
it or return it and we will refund your purchase if it is
eligible. (Please check the Terms &
Conditions below to determine whether your return is
eligible for a refund or an exchange).
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE
Return or exchange your purchase in person at any one
of our Bouclair stores. Please bring your original receipt
with you. Consult our store locator to find a Bouclair
store near you. It’s preferable to return your merchandise
to the same store where you bought it.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
30 DAYS:
All merchandise must be returned or exchanged
no later than 30 calendar days after it was bought.
DOCUMENTATION:
Your receipt must accompany your returned item(s) in order
to process your refund or exchange.*
GOOD CONDITION:
All
returned items must be in their original packaging and
deemed to be in an unused condition before they can be
accepted for a refund or exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
(FINAL SALE):
We do not accept returns or exchanges on “door crashers”,
clearance merchandise, custom cut items and special orders.
* IMPORTANT:
Without a sales receipt, only an exchange
may be possible. Poles, drapery hardware accessories
and curtains exchanged without a receipt will have 40%
deducted from the original price (The 40% represents the
average discount).
