Urgent – Product Recall

December 2009

Please note that due to safety measures implemented by Health Canada, we are proceeding with a recall on the following feather trees which were for sale in our retail stores between November and December 2009 bearing the following sku numbers:

Health Canada has determined that such feather trees may present a flammability hazard given that the tree could easily catch fire if exposed to a flame or other heat sources such as decorative lights, candles, sparks from a fireplace, portable heaters, matches or lighters. If you have purchased any of these items, you should immediately cease their use and return it to any of our Bouclair locations.

Bouclair has received no reports of incidents or injuries to any clients related to the use of these products.

If you have purchased one of these feather trees since November 2009, we invite you to return the product to any of our Bouclair locations for a full refund.
