1. To enter complete an official email club card and leave it with a cashier at the cash counter of any BOUCLAIR store, or participate online at www.bouclair.com. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. CONTEST CLOSES the last day of every month.

2. There will be one winner drawn per month consisting of $250 in Bouclair Gift Certificates. The winning email will be drawn on the second day of the following month at BOUCLAIR head office (Store Support Center) at 152, Alston, Pointe-Claire (Québec) H9R 6B4. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decision of the company with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash.

3. The winner will be notified by telephone or email at the time of the draw and must correctly answer a skill-testing question.

4. The winner will receive a “Prize release form” he/she must sign and fax to (514) 426-4473, care of the Marketing department.

5. Arrangements will then be made for delivery of the prize.

6. All prizes (gift certificates) must be redeemed within 6 months of the issue date of the certificates. No exceptions or extensions will be permitted.

7. BOUCLAIR reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

8. All entries are the property of BOUCLAIR. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed. Winners consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment, in any publicity carried out by BOUCLAIR.

9. For residents of Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of a prize in this contest may be submitted to “Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec”.

10. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

11. The contest is open to all residents of Québec and Ontario, 18 years of age and older, except those employees of BOUCLAIR or a person who is domiciled with any of them.

In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize as awarded for ANY reason, BOUCLAIR will not provide under any circumstances compensation or substitutions.
