1. To enter complete an online survey at www.bouclair.com. We have 3 contests per year. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. CONTEST CLOSES on the following dates:

• 1st contest: November 30th, 2009
• 2nd contest: March 31st, 2010
• 3rd contest: July 31st, 2010

2. There will be one (1) winner drawn per contest consisting of $500 worth of Bouclair Gift Certificates. The winner will be drawn 3 days after the closing date of each contest at the BOUCLAIR head office (Store Support Center) at 152, Alston, Pointe-Claire (Québec) H9R 6B4.

3. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decision of the company with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash.

4. The winner will be notified by telephone or email at the time of the draw and must correctly answer a skill-testing question.

5. The winner will receive a “Prize release form” that he/she must sign and fax back to (514) 426-4473, care of the Marketing department.

6. Arrangements will then be made for delivery of the prize.

7. All prizes (gift certificates) must be redeemed within 6 months of the issue date of the certificates. No exceptions or extensions will be permitted.

8. BOUCLAIR reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

9. All entries are the property of BOUCLAIR. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, misdirected or delayed. Winners consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment, in any publicity carried out by BOUCLAIR.

10. For residents of Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct and awarding of a prize in this contest may be submitted to “Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec”.

11. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

12. The contest is open to all residents of Québec and Ontario, 18 years of age and older, except employees of BOUCLAIR or a person who is domiciled with any of them.

In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize as awarded for ANY reason, BOUCLAIR will not provide under any circumstances compensation or substitutions.
